Driver Self Assessment Profile
2 hours per driver
In our Driver Self Assessment Profile service, we can help identify a driver’s behind-the-wheel behavior as it relates to fulfillment of basic needs. Our profile is a paper-and-pencil survey that asks drivers to judge how well a series of statements about driving describes their own attitudes, feelings and actions.
The SAP is not a personality test or inventory and should not be referred to as such. Its purpose is to directly relate the “Choice Theory” concept of needs to the driver’s personal experience behind the wheel.
Objective of the SAP:
- Identify behaviors that resulted in their driving habits
- Identify problems caused by their driving habits and behaviors
- Understand that behaviors are a matter of choice
- Identify and choose responsible, effective driver behaviors
